Captain Jordan Patrick along with his teammates Kyle Snelgrove and Jonathan Redding put their years of on-the-water experience to the test on July 11, 2009, when they entered the BAA (Bowfishing Association of America) World Championship. When the sun came up after a long night on the water of arrow slingin' and fish chasin', Captain Patrick's team not only proved that they were underdogs, but a force to be reckoned with in the competitive bowfishing world. They did not win the contest, they owned it, totaling 642.2lb. of fish (Big 20 Fish Division), with second place in the tournament weighing in at 291.1lb. ! The World Championship was held on the Toledo Bend Reservoir, on the Texas / Louisiana line. Jordan and his team were the first South Carolinians to ever win the BAA World Championships. Now if Jordan can get the job done on "foreign waters", what kind of success do you think he will be able to put you on with water he knows like the back of his hand?
Below are some pictures from the World Championship that was held on the Toledo Bend Reservoir, which is located on the Texas/Louisiana State lines:
