Equipment & Gear for Guided Trips in South Carolina

Gator Hunts:

We'll be using a harpoon to stick the gator with when we get him close to the boat with the rod and reel.  It will also have a line and a buoy on it.  The alligator hunting boat is a 17' Triton aluminum boat driven by a pro-drive motor that can run nearly 30 mph hour with three people in the boat but can also go through mud and grass about like an air boat, but can also go under low hanging limbs and up in the cypress trees and swamps because we are not restricted by the fan getting in the tree limbs like an airboat. This may not sound important but it will increase our range of hunting to all the ditches and backwater ponds the South Carolina lakes and rivers have to offer and put us a step ahead of anyone else out there.

If you have the equipment (bows, arrows, broadheads, rods, guns, etc) feel free to bring them. If you do not have the equipment, or are unsure of what you do have, know that our experienced staff will have the tried and true equipment that you need. We want you to get your gator in the boat!

Bow Fishing:

The bowfishing rigs will be a bow most likely a browning barracuda, with a bottle rig on it and an innerloc or muzzy tip. The boat is a 17' Triton aluminum boat with a raised deck and high pressure sodium lights powered by a Honda generator and a tohatsu 4 h.p. kicker motor that can be controled from the deck of the boat.
